John Donovan with Robert LeBlanc at Theatre7

One of the things I enjoy about doing interviews with John Donovan for Filmmakers Notebook at Theatre7 is the variety of people we’ve had the pleasure of speaking with and the life of Robert “Cotton” LeBlanc, who is the author of “Confessions of a Pool Hustler” and a technical advisisor for film and television, reads like a movie script.  Robert has hustlled and gambled in pool halls since adolescence, worked as the house  pro at the Hollywood Athletic Club and has shared his pool expertise on sets with actors such as Will Smith when he starred in ”The Fresh Prince of Bel Air” and Christopher Walken in the film “Pool Hall Junkies”.  Robert  has lots of intriguing stories to tell and I’m sure you’re going to have fun listening to a few of the “confessions” he told us during this interview.
